WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The Senate Commerce Committee today passed bipartisan legislation that would grandfather existing sharing arrangements between local television stations in place before March 31, 2014. WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Dave Lougee, president of Gannett Broadcasting, has been unanimously elected as NAB joint board chairman by the NAB Joint Board of Directors. Lougee takes over from Charles Warfield, senior advisor of YMF Media LLC, whose term expired.
