WASHINGTON, D.C. – In response to the FCC easing the deadline for local TV stations in Phase 9 of the broadcast spectrum incentive auction repack because of equipment delays or tower crew unavailability due to COVID-19, the following statement can be attributed to NAB Executive Vice President of Communications Dennis Wharton:

WASHINGTON, D.C. – In response to the nomination of FCC Commissioner Michael O'Rielly to another five-year term that ends in June 2024, the following statement can be attributed to NAB President and CEO Gordon Smith:

Washington, D.C. – NAB President and CEO Gordon Smith today issued a letter to the NAB Show community providing an update about plans for NAB Show activities in 2020. In the letter, Smith announced that rather than rescheduling NAB Show for later this year, NAB would be unveiling a new digital offering called NAB Show Express, and enhancing NAB Show New York later this year.
