WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The National Association of Broadcasters is launching “Broadcast Innovation Stories,” a new campaign to highlight cutting-edge technological advancements in the broadcast television and radio industries. NAB’s innovation initiative, PILOT, will spearhead the campaign, which runs through April 2018.

Branding expert Simon Mainwaring will headline a keynote session titled “The Future of Profit is Purpose” on the Main Stage of the 2018 NAB Show in Las Vegas on Monday, April 9. The session will focus on how companies can develop and implement purpose-driven strategy to optimize overall business results.

WASHINGTON, DC -- NAB announced today that John David, executive vice president of NAB Radio, will move from his day-to-day role as head of the NAB Radio Department on February 1. NAB has retained David to serve as Senior Advisor to NAB for special projects, according to NAB President and CEO Gordon Smith.
