The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) announced it will again present NAB Show Collaborative, a global initiative designed to support and strengthen innovation, growth and opportunity in the digital media and entertainment industry. As part of the initiative, NAB has partnered with leading events around the world to host conferences and sessions for Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, CABSAT in Dubai and SET Expo in São Paulo. In all, NAB will present more than 40 sessions featuring industry leaders and best-in-class educational programming.

NAB is accepting entries for the 2015 NAB Crystal Radio Awards, honoring outstanding community service.

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) will honor WLEN-FM, Adrian, MI with the esteemed NAB Crystal Heritage Award, which will be presented during the NAB Show Radio Luncheon, held Tuesday, April 14 in Las Vegas. The Heritage Award recognizes radio stations that have won a total of five Crystal Radio Awards for exceptional year-round community service efforts. Only four other stations have received this honor in the history of the NAB Crystal Radio Awards.

The 2015 NAB Show, held April 11-16, will feature a new Aerial Robotics and Drone Pavilion, presented by Drone Media Group in partnership with NAB Show. The new exhibit area, located in the South Upper Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, will feature dozens of aerial robotics companies, a flying cage, demonstration area with seating, and daily sessions.

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) announced today that Oscar nominee and “Boyhood” film editor Sandra Adair will be a featured session speaker within the Creative Master Series at NAB Show, taking place in Las Vegas in April.
