Radio News Anchor/Multi-media Reporter
The MetroNews Radio Network, a division of WVRC Media, is looking for the next addition to our award-winning news department. We are hiring an anchor/multi-media reporter for our Charleston, WV office.
The individual will be responsible for statewide and local newscasts, coverage of scheduled and breaking news events, preparations for The Morning News news block, website updates and talk show appearances.
The candidate should be self-motivated, have the ability work under deadline pressure and committed to producing high quality journalism utilizing modern equipment.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in journalism, broadcasting, communications, or other related field and at have least two years of radio, TV or multi-media experience.
