The NAB Education Foundation (NABEF) is accepting applications for the 2016 Technology Apprenticeship Program (TAP) until Friday, January 8. TAP exposes 10 recent technology-focused graduates and young professionals to the broadcast industry through a six-month, hands-on training program that includes a two-month internship.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – In accordance with NAB by-laws, Univision Communications Inc.’s (UCI) Executive Vice President of Government Relations and Public Policy Jessica R. Herrera-Flanigan has been appointed to the NAB TV Board of Directors, effective immediately. Herrera-Flanigan assumes the network board seat previously occupied by Kevin Cuddihy, who recently announced his departure from UCI.

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) announced today that its technology division, NAB Labs, has joined the Dingman Center Angels as an investor. The Dingman Center Angels is a program of the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business that provides funding to early-stage companies located within the Mid-Atlantic region.
