WASHINGTON, D.C. -- In response to a report released today regarding a pilot project examining channel sharing by two broadcast television stations in the same market as part of the broadcast spectrum incentive auction, the following statement can be attributed to NAB Executive Vice President of Communications Dennis Wharton:

The National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation (NABEF) announced the winners for the 2014 Celebration of Service to America Awards, recognizing outstanding community service by local broadcasters. Winners will be honored at the Celebration of Service to America dinner held Tuesday, June 17 at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C.
