WASHINGTON, DC -- KPHO-TV Vice President and General Manager Edward Munson testified today before the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology at a hearing on "Innovation Versus Regulation in the Video Marketplace."

WASHINGTON, DC -- A bipartisan group of seven Members of Congress have signed on as co-sponsors of a resolution that opposes "any new performance fee, tax, royalty, or other charge" on local broadcast radio stations. The Local Radio Freedom Act is now currently co-sponsored by 159 Members of the House and 11 Senators.
