WASHINGTON, D.C. -- In response to Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) circulating discussion draft legislation that would negatively impact local radio stations across America, NAB Executive Vice President of Communications Dennis Wharton issued the following statement:

WASHINGTON, DC -- The NAB Education Foundation (NABEF), in partnership with the Broadcast Education Association (BEA), will host a Career Fair on September 18, 2012, one day prior to the 2012 Radio Show kickoff. Located in the Hilton Anatole from 1-5:00 p.m., the Radio Show Career Fair will provide experienced professionals, college students and entry-level job seekers with the opportunity to network and interview with major radio companies.

John Rich, Grammy nominated singer, songwriter and producer, has been confirmed as a participant in the previously announced Radio Show Super Session entitled "The Relationship Between Music and Radio…We Need Each Other."
