WASHINGTON, DC -- The National Association of Broadcasters announced today that Kevin Gage, a 20-year veteran with experience developing digital platforms in television and music, has been selected as the new executive vice president and chief technology officer for the association.

WASHINGTON, D.C./NEW YORK -- Steve Newberry, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Commonwealth Broadcasting Corporation, will receive the National Radio Award during the Radio Show Luncheon held Friday, September 16.

WASHINGTON, DC -- Todd Schurz, president and CEO of Schurz Communication, Inc., is scheduled to testify this afternoon before the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology in a hearing titled "Promoting Broadband, Jobs and Economic Growth Through Commercial Spectrum Auctions."
