WASHINGTON, DC -- One Member of the House of Representatives and one Senator have added their support for the Local Radio Freedom Act, a resolution opposing "any new performance fee, tax, royalty, or other charge" on local broadcast radio stations. The Local Radio Freedom Act (LRFA) now has 221 cosponsors in the House. There are 26 LRFA co-sponsors in the Senate.

NAB Show will feature a panel of leading women in media to discuss the impact of disruptive forces on audience, revenue and the workforce.
