WASHINGTON, D.C. – The National Association of Broadcasters today announced a new Coronavirus Response Toolkit, an online resource to help broadcast radio and TV stations accurately cover COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and prepare for the impact on their staff, community and local businesses.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – NAB President and CEO Gordon Smith announced that Liliana Ranon has joined the organization as vice president of External Affairs, starting today. In her new role, Ranon will be responsible for managing NAB’s partnerships with third-party groups on legislative and regulatory issues affecting local broadcasters. She will report to Executive Vice President of Government Relations Shawn Donilon.

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) will honor Jim Henson, the artist, innovator, and visionary creator of the Muppets, with the Distinguished Service Award (DSA), at the 2020 NAB Show.

ABC’s longest-running prime-time entertainment show, “America’s Funniest Home Videos” (AFV) will be inducted into the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Broadcasting Hall of Fame at the NAB Show Achievement in Broadcasting Dinner on Monday, April 20 at the Encore Las Vegas.

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) will present the NAB Engineering Achievement Awards at the 2020 NAB Show in Las Vegas.

#GALSNGEAR, in partnership with the National Association of Broadcasters and Women in Film & Video (WIFV), will host multiple events April 19 – 22 as part of the 2020 NAB Show in Las Vegas.
