NAB Show and Citizine Networks, Inc. announced the winners of the first annual Travel Video Awards (TVAs) last night at the 2018 NAB Show in Las Vegas. The awards honor innovative and inspiring travel videos released in 2017 by independent filmmakers, the travel industry, media companies and lifestyle brands.

John David, senior advisor to the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), will receive the 2018 National Radio Award during the Radio Luncheon on Wednesday, September 26. The 2018 Radio Show, produced by the NAB and the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB), will be held September 25-28 in Orlando.

NAB Show concluded its third day of sessions and exhibits featuring breakthrough technologies and innovations across media, entertainment and technology. This year’s NAB Show runs through Thursday, April 12.

The online sports industry will be explored in a new conference track titled “eSports: Get in on the Action” on Wednesday, April 11 as part of the 2018 NAB Show in Las Vegas. The conference, which is produced in partnership with the eSports Ad Bureau, comprises six sessions focused on audience targeting and growth, sponsorship opportunities and real-world success stories.

WASHINGTON, DC -- The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) has released new tools for stations to help educate viewers on the changes coming to local TV. NAB’s TV Answers Campaign is committed to helping stations and their over- the-air-viewers navigate the frequency changes impacting nearly 1,000 TV stations – and 77 million viewers – nationwide.

The “Next Gen TV Autonomous Transport” will display local broadcasts powered by the newly released ATSC 3.0 broadcast transmission standard while shuttling attendees between the Central and South Halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center Monday-Wednesday during the 2018 NAB Show. NAB Show, is held April 7-12 in Las Vegas.

The NAB Show Creative Master Series Conference will feature creatives and filmmakers behind “Marvel’s Jessica Jones,” “Black Panther” and “Ready Player One” in three separate sessions.
