NAB Show organizers announced today that Alison Moore, an NBCUniversal executive who helms the media company’s TV Everywhere initiative, will deliver the keynote address for the new Online Video Conference, one of seven conference tracks offered at NAB Show. Moore, who is the General Manager and Executive Vice President of TV Everywhere at NBCUniversal, will deliver her remarks on Tuesday, April 14 at 10:30 a.m. to kick off the Online Video Conference (OVC) at NAB Show in Las Vegas.

Arthur van Hoff, chief technology officer of Jaunt, will keynote NAB Show’s Technology Summit on Cinema on Sunday, April 15 at 2:00 p.m. in Las Vegas. The Summit is co-produced by the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers® (SMPTE®), one of the worldwide leaders of motion-imaging standards and education.

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB)announced today that James (Jimmy) F. Goodmon, Jr., vice president and general manager of Capitol Broadcasting Company (CBC) New Media Group, will receive the first ever Digital Leadership Award during the 2015 NAB Show. WASHINGTON -- The National Association of Broadcasters has announced the results of the 2015 NAB Radio and Television Board elections. The two-year terms of the newly elected board members will begin in June 2015.

NAB Show organizers today announced the final 10 mobile, video, analytics and social media startups chosen to participate in SPROCKIT 2015. Thirty startups will participate in this year’s SPROCKIT program which kicks-off at NAB Show in Las Vegas, April 11-16, 2015.

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) announced today that it will present the Spirit of Broadcasting Award posthumously to radio and television entrepreneur Lowell “Bud” Bud Paxson during the NAB Show in Las Vegas. Marla Paxson will accept the award for her late husband during the NAB Show Television Luncheon, sponsored by RBC Capital Markets, on April 13 at the Westgate Hotel. Actress Sharon Stone and entertainer Wayne Newton, longtime friends of Paxson, will pay tribute to his memory during the award presentation.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The National Association of Broadcasters announced today it has entered into an agreement with Washington-DC based developer Monument Realty and its investment partners, New York-based Angelo, Gordon & Company, to purchase upon completion a new headquarters in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood of the nation's capital, with a scheduled move-in by fall of 2018.
