WASHINGTON, DC -- FCC rules that enable broadcast TV stations to enforce the right to air network and syndicated television programming on an exclusive basis provide significant ratings and economic benefits that boost broadcasters' investment in localism, according to comments filed today by the National Association of Broadcasters.
