WASHINGTON, D.C. -- NAB Executive Vice President of Legal Jane Mago testified this morning at a House Energy & Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology hearing on "Media Ownership in the 21st Century."

WASHINGTON, DC -- Two Members of the House of Representatives have joined the coalition co-sponsoring a resolution that opposes "any new performance fee, tax, royalty, or other charge" on local broadcast radio stations. With their co-sponsorship, there are 224 Members of the House and 15 Senators who have signed on to support the Local Radio Freedom Act.
