WASHINGTON, DC -- KPHO-TV Vice President and General Manager Edward Munson testified today before the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology at a hearing on "Innovation Versus Regulation in the Video Marketplace."

WASHINGTON, DC -- A bipartisan group of seven Members of Congress have signed on as co-sponsors of a resolution that opposes "any new performance fee, tax, royalty, or other charge" on local broadcast radio stations. The Local Radio Freedom Act is now currently co-sponsored by 159 Members of the House and 11 Senators.

WASHINGTON, D.C.– In response to a letter to the FCC from Mediacom, the following statement can be attributed to NAB Executive Vice President of Communications Dennis Wharton:
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The National Association of Broadcasters announced today that local radio and TV stations across America have donated airtime valued at over $12 million for NAB's 'OK2Talk' mental health public service announcement campaign. This includes over 106,600 airings on local TV and radio stations.
