Award winning producer, director and writer Paul Feig ("Freaks and Geeks," "The Office," "Nurse Jackie," "Bridesmaids") will appear at the 2013 NAB Show as part of the session "Paul Feig: Entertaining by All Means Necessary." The Q&A session will be moderated by the award winning producer and director Alan Poul ("The Newsroom," "Rome," "Six Feet Under"). The session is produced in partnership with Film Independent, the nonprofit arts organization that produces the Spirit Awards and the Los Angeles Film Festival.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – In response to today's announcement by FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski that he will leave the Commission, the following quote can be attributed to NAB President and CEO Gordon Smith:

The NAB Education Foundation (NABEF), in partnership with the Broadcast Education Association (BEA), will host the annual NAB Show Career Day on Wednesday, April 10 at the Las Vegas Hotel. Each year, Career Day links media companies with prospective hires from more than 1,000 professionals, college students and entry-level job seekers interested in a career in broadcasting.

Federal Communications Commissioners Jessica Rosenworcel and Ajit V. Pai will be featured in the session "Straight Talk From the Top – America’s Communication Regulators" on Tuesday, April 9 at 10:30 a.m. (a change from the previously posted 2:30 start time) during the 2013 NAB Show in Las Vegas.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) today announced it is joining with the American Cancer Society to commemorate the nonprofit's 100th birthday through activities and initiatives at NAB Show, the world's largest media and entertainment event with more than 90,000 attendees, to be held April 6-11, 2013 in Las Vegas.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The latest developments in live mobile TV broadcasting, which brings local news, sports and popular TV programing to mobile devices, will be highlighted April 8 - 11 in the Mobile TV Pavilion (North Hall 2536 - 2638) at NAB Show in Las Vegas. For the first time, Mobile TV devices will be available for purchase at the NAB Show Store located in the Grand Lobby of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
